Located north of the Ventura College Sportsplex at 4667 Telegraph Road, Ventura, CA, this project focused on critical underground utility installations to support the future development of an Outdoor Kinesiology Classroom. Key tasks included the excavation, removal, and replacement of outdated utility lines, integration of Owner-Furnished Contractor-Installed (OFCI) materials, and upgrades to storm drain systems. Additional work involved grading, backfilling, and soil management to optimize site preparation. Paving removal at connection points ensured seamless integration of new systems, all completed in compliance with California Labor Code and rigorous inspection standards.
