Enhanced Outdoor Workspace with ADA-Compliant Features

The Paso Robles High School Auto Shop Shade Structure project involved the construction of a 3,635-square-foot pre-engineered, single-sloped metal canopy at Building CR 600. This durable shade structure was designed to provide an improved outdoor workspace, featuring integrated ceiling-mounted lighting and power receptacles to support student learning and staff needs.

Site work included adjustments to existing utilities, protective measures for surrounding surfaces, and seamless integration of the new structure into the existing environment. Additionally, ADA-compliant upgrades were made to the restroom in Building CR 600, ensuring full compliance with California Building Code (CBC) and accessibility requirements. These improvements enhance the workspace’s functionality, inclusivity, and long-term durability.
