Expanded Classroom Capacity with Modern, Accessible Facilities
The La Patera Elementary School project involved the installation of two state-approved modular classroom units to expand learning capacity. The project scope included grading, compaction, and preparation of concrete foundation pads with embedded utility conduits for water, sewer, electrical, and HVAC systems.
The modular classrooms were delivered and installed seamlessly onto prepared foundations, integrating essential utilities into the school’s infrastructure. Accessibility improvements included ADA-compliant entryways, ramps, and pathways to ensure inclusivity. Additionally, sustainable landscaping and stormwater drainage solutions were implemented to prevent erosion and enhance site durability.
The classrooms feature energy-efficient systems such as lighting, HVAC, and durable finishes, ensuring functional, modern, and sustainable spaces that meet public works and educational standards.
